This course will offer participants an opportunity to read and discuss a variety of English news articles and other text types, with a focus on grammar and vocabulary, as well as the idiomatic and metaphorical aspects of language use. The course material will be provided in advance of each lesson, to give students time to read the texts in preparation for the weekly discussions.
